This document summarises ideas about what research culture might look like in future, gathered from 20 events held by 麻豆传媒映画 in 15 locations with over 1,000 people and 2,000 hours of face-to-face conversations.
These ideas will inform a conference on research culture taking place in Autumn 2018.
